Entrelinhas Retreats offers seasonal educational programming for writers working in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

In 2027, we will host two small-cohort retreats, one in Central Portugal and one in Northern Spain:

Craft & Community

Writers will have five days to write, reflect, and recharge while being in community with a supportive cohort. Expect healthy, flavorful meals and plenty of opportunities to feed both the body and the mind. Guaranteed daytime quiet hour blocks ensure you'll get the most out of the retreat.

The Writers' Camp

Writers will have 6 days to write, attend workshops facilitated by international and local writers, and get to know Ourense's culture, history, language, and landscape. Hikes and excursions led by a seasoned local nature guide will give writers a chance to dive deep into natural beauty and learn about the ecology of the region.
